This Continuum webinar class for women only, involves exploring our uniquely feminine anatomy, offering the gifts of Continuum awareness to our wombs and other areas longing to be heard. We will discover and share our deepest feminine wisdom. CONTINUUM, developed over almost 50 years by the late EMILIE CONRAD, and a community of devoted teachers authorised by her, is an inquiry into our fluid nature, and its effect on our health and well-being. It is an intensely feminine practice, using breath, vocal sounding, awareness and gentle mindful movement to dissolve the effects of our histories and our everyday lives and return to our essential fluid nature.
