Back to Bones: Exploring Fluid Embryo Bones with Continuum

Gradually, they are filled in and become more solid. Bones, as the densest tissues in our bodies, offer structure to our form and enable us to meet gravity and profoundly resonate with Mama Earth. “I feel it in my bones!” This expression speaks to us of feeling deeply. Our bones speak to us of truth, of history, of ancestors, of foundations with which we can ground. Returning to our fluid boney beginnings enables us to dissolve and re-form our bones to engage fluid strength and enhance our sense of rootedness into Mama Earth and all that supports us.
