BICORNI Packet contents: approx 2500 seeds Night Scented Stock, as its name suggests, opens its delightfully scented flowers at night. It is best sown close to the house in containers to appreciate its scent. It will also look great as an addition to the wildflower garden and will be highly appreciated by butterflies and bees. Sowing: Sow directly in a well prepared bed in spring or early summer. Rake in finely but do not exclude light as it will help germination. Once the seedlings are large enough o handle, thin out to around 8 cm apart. Prefers full sun and will grow in almost any type of soil. Flowers: July to September/October Tip: Mix Night Scented Stock seeds with Virginian Stock seeds before sowing to create a splash of colour and scent.
